AHU Replacement & HVAC System Upgrade

Our HVAC experts removed an existing attic air handling unit (AHU) and installed a new high-efficiency system with an upgraded drain line and thermostat. During final testing, we identified a factory-defective TXV that will be replaced under warranty to ensure optimal heating and cooling performance, long-term energy efficiency, and reliable system operation.

Mini-Split Installation for Three-Season Room

Our team installed a high-efficiency mini-split system to provide year-round comfort in a three-season room. The ductless HVAC unit delivers reliable heating and cooling, energy savings, and quiet performance, making the space more usable in all weather conditions.

Drain Pan Repair & Mini-Split Line Set Installation

Our technicians repaired a faulty secondary drain pan to prevent water damage and sealed ductwork with professional mastic for improved air efficiency. We also ran a new line set for a ductless mini-split system, ensuring reliable cooling and long-term performance.

Water Heater Installation & Expansion Tank Upgrade

Our plumbing team installed a new water heater with secure hot and cold water line connections, ensuring safe and efficient operation. We also replaced the subfloor in the water heater closet for stability and added a bladder expansion tank to regulate water pressure. The system was purged of air and tested for consistent efficiency.

Main Drain Line Replacement & Flow Restoration

Our plumbing team excavated and replaced 15 feet of the main drain line, including removal of the street connection drop and cleanout stand pipe. The new piping was installed with proper pitch to ensure reliable drainage flow, fully tested for performance, and the area was backfilled and prepped for sod.

Air Handler and Condenser Replacement

Our HVAC team carefully removed and replaced an outdated air handler and condenser, ensuring safe handling and installation. The new system was set in place, vacuum-tested, and started up to verify reliable cooling performance and long-term efficiency. This upgrade improves comfort, energy savings, and system dependability.
